Senior Vice President, Operations

Shirley Sullivan is the Director of Operations at Colorado Financial Management. 

She joined Sargent Bickham & Company in 1999 after working at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter as a sales assistant. In 2007, she moved to Portland, Oregon in support of her husband’s career and continued to work remotely with the firm throughout her absence.

Shirley loves doing research to find answers and has also worked professionally as a reference librarian at a large public library and a technical university.  She has over 20 years of experience in client service and operations and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. 

Shirley is thrilled to be back working in Boulder and living the dream in Lyons with her husband, Dennis.  She looks forward to seeing you on the trails running, hiking or biking. Or, even better at the coffee shop discussing your latest great read.
